Our Dispatching Time is 24-72h hours. Any order which is not scanned in 96 hours, a alert email with the late dispatching reason and exact dispatching date will be sent to your email accordingly.

Delivery Time

2. Order which is late for over 7 working days than the agreed delivery time frame and you customer complaint, we can apply up to 30% refund .
3. Order which is late for over 10 working days than the agreed delivery time frame and your customer complaint for refund, we can apply up to 100% refund.
4. Please Noted that No cash refund will be accepted.All refund will be credit to your WFF wallet.
5. Each week we will send the shipping status ” Waiting for Pick up ” and ” Late but not delivered ” Email alert to your email address ( can be specially set here)
